Week 4- ROI importance

 Facebook Zero - Wikipedia

Even years after it's release Facebook is still among the most used social media apps. Facebook's intended use is to connect with people you don't always see or simply to see what your friends are up to. Nowadays you can't scroll for more than a few posts before you're instantly hit with an Ad. A lot of companies are pushing out money to Facebook in order to get their post seen. It gives companies an opportunity to connect with the consumer they're trying to get to buy their products. ROI is big when it comes to Facebook because you truly do want to see a return on an investment you just don't want to be paying for an ad no one is ever going to see. What I recommend small businesses do is simply track their online engagement on multiple platforms. One of the bright sides of social media is that often the ads hit their target market as a lot of those people are already looking for those items or businesses or something very similar. By tracking your social engagement on social media websites you can see where you are getting more traffic and focus on spending more on ads with that social media platform as you are seeing that your target market is more engaging in this aspect. In conclusion in order to get a good ROI on any social media platform you have to make sure you are getting proper engagement because if you aren't you will most likely not see an ROI Social Media Management | Nextiva
